Privacy policy

This is the short version, because there is very little to say. This website is a single static page. It does not track you.

What we collect

Only what you choose to email us: your email address, and whatever you write in the message, such as your clinic's name and website address. That is all.

This website has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts. It does not load fonts, images or code from other companies' servers.

Like any web host, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the service. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

How we use it

We use your email only to answer you and, if you order an audit, to send the invoice, ask for the details we need and deliver the report. We do not sell or share your email or messages with anyone, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask to join.

Outreach emails

If you received an email from us out of the blue, we found your business's email address on your own public website. Reply STOP and you will be removed from all outreach, and we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as we need them to do the work and handle questions or invoices afterwards. If you want your emails deleted, ask and we will delete them, except for invoice records we are required to keep.

Patient information

Please do not send us patient information. An audit uses public information about your website and Google listing only, and we never need patient data.

Where we are

Mizan Insights is run by Erwin Hasanuddin from Bandung, Indonesia, so emails you send us are handled in Indonesia and by our email provider.
